I found my passion for fitness in middle school, competing in P.E. fitness challenges and chasing the goal of being the strongest in my school. By the end of high school, I had hit personal bests of a 545 lb squat, 500 lb deadlift, and 365 lb bench press through powerlifting-focused training.
But my journey wasn’t linear.
Chronic injuries, spinal stenosis, and multiple herniated discs forced me to step back and rethink everything. After failed treatments and constant pain, I rebuilt my foundation from the ground up — using corrective exercise, mobility work, and functional movement. It changed my body and my life.
I’ve also lived through drastic body composition changes — from over 240 lbs down to 160, and back up to a lean, strong 200 lbs. That experience gives me a unique perspective: I know exactly what it takes to change your body and sustain it.
Now, I coach others with the same intensity and precision I used to rebuild myself — combining lived experience with proven science. Whether you're recovering from injury, building strength, or just starting out, I’ll help you move better, feel stronger, and train smarter.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?
🏋️♂️ Not necessarily. Programs can be customized for home gyms, public gyms, or even no equipment. Just let me know what you have access to.
Q: How are workouts delivered?
📄 You’ll receive a custom Google Sheet that includes your workouts, RIR targets, load tracking, and optional video links. Easy to access, edit, and update.
Q: What’s the difference between in-person and online coaching?
👥 In-person is hands-on coaching, form corrections, and session-based training.
🌐 Online coaching gives you a full plan with messaging support, check-ins, and flexibility to train on your schedule.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
✅ Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Just pause or stop before the next billing cycle. Payment is required upfront for the month or per session.
